Hi there,
With a broad curiosity spanning both technical and social domains, I began my university studies in the interdisciplinary Beta-Gamma bachelor: a foundation that suited my wide range of interests, from behavioural science to data-driven analysis. I ultimately graduated as an occupational psychologist in 2016, combining my interests in analytics with a strong focus on human behaviour.
This blend of ‘beta-gamma-minded’ thinking and interest has shaped my professional path. Over the years, I have gained experience in project management, coaching, and the design and development of (online) training programmes, content, and websites – across diverse sectors and within international, multidisciplinary teams.
Today, this broad background serves me well in my role as a Learning Specialist at RMMBR / I.AMDIGITAL. Working with a creative and dynamic team, I translate complex challenges into clear, effective learning solutions. I believe there’s a solution to every challenge – you just have to spot the opportunity. With an analytical mindset, I approach complex questions critically, but I’m equally hands-on when it comes to turning ideas into action.
